Outlander is my crack. I need a Jamie fix…
My name is Jennifer Townsend and I live in Southern New England, USA. I discovered & fell in love with “Diana Gabaldon’s” Outlander series in October, 2010. The characters are so real—part of me believes that they actually exist/ed and that Diana is somehow tapping into their essence, lol. I became completely captivated and haven’t stopped talking about it since. I LOVE finding ways to weave it into my everyday life—och, I’m addicted!

Just starting on The Fiery Cross and this series has become my “own personal brand of heroine” no pun intended. The drawing of Jamie that you have with the horse is pretty much who I have envisioned in my imagination. I think that Chris Hemsworth (Thor) would be great for the part. Thanks for your site!

I am hoping I can get your take on a question I have about the Outlander series. In the first part of the Outlander book where the Highlander is looking at Claire from the garden, who is this person? I had thought if I read The Exile I might find out, but I didn’t. I’m pretty sure I have read all of the books pertinent to the series and have not come across the relevance of this scene. Can you help me with this?

Ok, here’s what I was told:
“If they have a multi regional dvd player which most are in Australia they can buy it from overseas and watch. If they are referring to the edition that has part one and two together you can purchase in Australia. I purchased mine from sanity. Big w also has. If they are referring to the Starz set then they need to purchase from the starz website”

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Outlander, and recommended it to ALL my friends. Seasons 1-4 were AMAZING. I am Native American, and my husband is of Irish and German descent, so the bits are history are wonderful. Although, I must admit that, after watching the first two episodes of Season 5, I am left somewhat disappointed. I realize that there is more excitement to come with war being imminent, and the return of Stephen Bonnet. I just wished that these two episodes could have been a bit more thrilling.

I watch new and old, every actor played their role perfectly, I am 79 and have seen all the famous movies and series, this is the best I have Ever experienced~ I pray to live long enough to see the Beautiful ending I know you will create. lastly there is no show I want to see, even going back to the first episode, and starting over. Have Netflix so long wait for season 4 watch trailers but just give bites..My thank you to every character in the show 🙂
